Nasa runs the agency, manages its team and follows each sale file, from land title checks to signing before the notary. You deal with the person who knows the file.
Partners
Notary
Every sale and every emphyteutic lease is signed before a notary. The notary's office receives the funds, drafts and registers the deed: no payment changes hands directly. Their details are sent with the property file.
Chartered surveyor
Boundaries are set by a chartered surveyor, jointly, in the presence of the neighbours. The survey plan is part of the file given to the buyer.
Land registry
For every property, a search of the land records and a certificate of legal status under 3 months old before publication.
