Our fees are set in writing in the mandate and are only due when the deed is signed. No deposit is requested for a visit.
Schedule being validated with the partner notary. It will be published here. Meanwhile, the fees for each property are given in writing on request.
Who pays what
Agency fees and how they are split between seller and buyer are stated in the mandate and on the listing. Registration duties and notary fees are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
