Verified land: our protocol

The “Verified land” badge is not a slogan. It only appears on a listing once the agency has checked the property's documents. Three documents, and the know-how to read them.

Updated 30/10/2026

The three documents

DocumentWhat it establishes
Land titleThe land exists legally and the seller is entitled to sell it.
Survey planThe boundaries on the ground are those of the title: what you see is what you buy.
Certificate of legal statusThe property's situation on the day of the sale: free, or not, of charges and disputes.

These three documents are gathered and checked by the agency for every property that carries the badge. They are kept on file and never published online.

Reading the documents is a profession

A document is only worth something if it is authentic, up to date and consistent with the other two. What to look at, who to confirm it with, when to have it redone: this is the agency's experience, built file after file with our partner notary and surveyor, that makes the difference between a safe purchase and a bad memory.

A property presented before the checks are complete carries the “Verification in progress” notice; the badge is only applied once the work is done.
